Virtual Booth-Spring Market 2019

I'm going for minimalism in my virtual booth for Quilt Market in Kansas City this week. Since money is no object I thought I'd commission artist Yayoi Kusama to do one of her dot/mirror infinity rooms.

In the interests of commercialism I had to put a book display in there. It is
a trade show after all.

Me and Yayoi as virtual friends.
She just celebrated her 90th birthday.

See more about Yayoi Kusama, one of my favorite artists, here:

Shifting back to the real world....

I will actually be at Market, signing books in the C&T Booth (#324)
on Friday May 17th at 2:00.

  1. I bet if you asked her, Yayoi would come and sign books with you. Have fun!

  5. Oh, and I will put in my order for more antique reproduction fabrics and traditional patterns; they are what I dream of...and how about a magazine that focuses on traditional quilt makers and their quilts? Not that I have anything against machine quilting and modern fabrics, but it isn't how I roll. Oh well, I still have my magazines from 40 years ago...I guess I'll revisit them. Thanks for the tour and have a great day!
