Huntington Library. Becoming America: Highlights from the Jonathan and Karin Fielding Collection. The Fieldings' new wing exhibits objects from their folk-arts collection including quilts. Their focus: American ingenuity in art for utilitarian purposes by craftspeople in 18th & 19th century rural New England. Through October, 2019.

Thanks Beth. I'll add the Briscoe Center show. I don't list shows of contemporary quilts. The list would get too long. But those TXQuilt Museum shows look good.
ReplyDeleteAfter getting all excited about seeing the Cuesta Benberry exhibit as we will be in Chicago in May, I checked out the museum's website. It says the exhibit is there until FEBRUARY 28, 2017 not September. You might want to change the date on your list.
