AQSG - Over Till Next Year

We went home with...
 A lot of memories:
Unusual quilts---this one from the Quilt Complex.

A lot of notes---most not in notebooks as fancy as this one.

Souvenirs---the table decorations

Auction items - shopping for a good cause

And an extra pound or two.

Next year's seminar will be in Lincoln, Nebraska
October 3-7, 2012

Darn! We have to wait a year to hear more. Wish I'd been a mouse in your pocket to experience it all first hand. Thanks for sharing with the rest of us!

I have enjoyed being at the show with you. It is an opportunity for others to enjoy and share something that we cannot attend, but being able to go with you, was just as good as being there.

The table decorations are lovely and made by a blogger friend Barb.
I am coming to the US next year and hopefully in Lincoln for the event.
I visited the US last year and was lucky to visit the International Quilts Study centre in Lincoln, we got to see so many things behind normally closed doors.
It was wonderful

I'm so glad that you received one of our table decorations!
Your photos of the vendors have been wonderful.
I was sorry to miss it this year, maybe we'll meet in Lincoln.

OK, Barbara. You made me feel guilty for not going to AQSG this year. Or at least envious! Thanks for all the news and pictures.

How exciting to see and read all those things! Makes me feel i am a very little part of the world of the 'big' girls now, instead of just an ordinary quilter who didn't even know this existed!
